Location: 5 mins from Belsize Park Station (northern line), 10 from Swiss Cottage/ Finchley Road/ Chalk Farm and masses of buses. Beautiful road, moments away from Belsize Park Village - lots nearby but road is quiet and peaceful, and very safe. Flat looks over gardens.

The room - double room, double fitted wardrobes so lots of storage space. Chest of drawers, bedside table, chest storage for winter clothes, etc, chair. Storage chest can be swapped for a desk if you need a desk for work/study.

Has own bathroom with tub and shower.

The flat: Flat in decorated in modern, neutral style, lots of white in keeping with the white stucco houses on this street. Lovely balcony that you can enjoy which is off the main reception room (I grow herbs). Large widescreen tv with Virgin Tivo service (including Netflix) and high speed internet. Kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, juicer, Kenwood chef.

The rent - £1095 per month, all bills included (council tax, electricity, water, everything!). Security deposit required please. We share a double room on other side of flat, and have our own bathroom. Between the two rooms is a study/3rd room and noise between rooms in the flat is not a problem.

You'd be sharing with me and my boyfriend - both city professionals. We work quite long hours and during the week it's a home-dinner-bit of telly-bed routine (if I get home earlier I like to grab dinner with a friend or catch up with current flatmate who will be sorely missed!). At the weekend we're mostly out and about - going for brunch, dinner, to the cinema and galleries/museums and seeing friends.
