New Flatmate Needed

New Flatmate needed to replace someone leaving.

The flat is in a great location Belsize Park with underground tube station a 7 minute walk away, and only a 10 minute tube ride to Kings Cross.

The area has really good amenities, Marks & Spencers right outside the flat and Budgens only a 5 minute walk away. There are plenty of local pubs and cafes and a bus rank outside the flat.

The current tenants are two friendly girls studying at Central Saint Martins and London College of Fashion.

We are looking for a flatmate who is a student in London who understands the pressures of deadlines and forgive the sense of panic and chaos when those deadlines get closer!

The flat has a spacious living room with dining table, two sofas and a spare bed plenty of room for eating and working. The kitchen is a good size, clean with plenty of cupboard space.

The bedroom is a good size with a double bed, plenty of desk and draw space with a cupboard.

I am able to do viewings on/after the 18th April. The current flatmates are looking for someone friendly, laid back and clean to take my place!
