Large and bright double Room – 1st September

Hi!

I am leaving London for work-related reasons at the end of August. So I am renting my room from 1st September on (quite flexible on dates).

I am living in a very big, warm, brightly and well-located place in Belsize Park (Glenmore Road) with very nice people. It is a two-floor house with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge kitchen-living room. I am sharing with 2 other boys and 2 other girls all of them working.

The house is 2 minutes’ walk from Belsize Park tube station and different buses (168, C11, N5, etc.), as well as 10 minutes’ walk from the overground station of Hampstead Heath. So you can be at Central London in 30minutes! And in 10 minutes you can be walking in the mountain at Hampstead Heath and enjoying the nature!

You can also find a supermarket, bakery, coffee shops and different shops walking 2 minutes, and obviously you can find much more diversity of shops and pubs in 5-10 minutes’ walk!

The rent per month is £520 (adding £6. 50 for internet and £36. 80 for CTax). A deposit is also asked of £700 (which is going to be given you back when you decide to leave with 4 weeks previous notification).
