Spacious room with garden near Hampstead Heath

We are two friendly professionals looking for a like minded mature person to join our lovely house share in Belsize Park/ Hampstead Heath. Ideally someone between places, a commuter for 5 days a week Monday to Friday but we will consider a full week as well.
We have in mind a 25-40 years old, tidy & clean, considerate & friendly.

BEDROOM: this is a very large double bedroom with double sofa bed, working fireplace (lovely in the winter!), table and chairs, chest of drawers and book rack. The garden is next to the room and we would like to keep it communal as long as everyone is happy ;)

Rent is £562 per month + bills (which is on average £80/month for gas, electricity, Internet, council tax, Water).
We take do the cleaning ourselves once a week and take turns. You will have to pay 1 month deposit upfront and one months rent. You will also be required to provide references and proof of funds.

The house is small but cosy has a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with bath/shower. We are lucky enough to have a green garden plus there’s plenty of storage.

We are between Belsize Park and Hampstead Heath and well located for transport. Hampstead Heath station (Overground) is 7 minutes walk away, Belsize Park and Hampstead (Northern Line) is 8 minutes away and we are well connected with buses (routes 24, 168, C11, 46). Marks and Spencer is 6 minutes walk, which is very handy for bits and bobs.
