I am looking for one person to rent one very large bedroom, with an ensuite shower room. This light, modern garden flat is on a quiet road in Belsize Park (one tube stop into Zone 2). It has a large garden at the back and a small garden at the front, which we have the only access to and use of. The flat is a 5-minute walk from Hampstead Heath and the Royal Free Hospital (for anyone working there).
The rent is £1,700 per calendar month including utilities, council tax, and WiFi bills, a weekly cleaner for the communal areas, and fast broadband.
The room has been completely redecorated. It contains a king-size double bed with an Emma mattress, a large desk/dressing table, mirror and chair, a huge wardrobe with a full length mirror, two bedside tables and lamps, three very large windows with blackout blinds, and modern decoration. The room has an ensuite shower room with a rainfall and hand shower, toilet, large mirror, and sink.
There is no access to the lounge with this rental. However, there is plenty of space in the room for a reclining chair or small sofa should you wish to put one in at your own cost. Also, there are seating and dining areas in the kitchen and the garden, and both are communal areas. The room looks out on a private garden that we have sole access to.
The flat is extremely well-located. It is a five-minute walk from Hampstead Heath and its overland train station and bus hub, a five-minute walk from Belsize Park tube station (Zone 2, Northern Line), a ten-minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube station (Jubilee Line), and a fifteen-minute walk from Primrose Hill and Camden.
The entire garden flat is renovated to a high standard and in a modern style. It has a designer kitchen (including a dishwasher) and a large boiler so plenty of hot water.
At the end of our road, there is a brilliant pub that does great Sunday lunches, has live music, and has a brilliant outdoor spaces. There are cost effective two gyms within 10 minutes walking distance, and three Pilates studios.
I am a female professional working in PR. I have put a lot of love into decorating my home, and I want to live with someone who will treat my beautiful flat as a home.
I require £1,000 as a deposit (refundable) and one month's rent in advance.
No Full-Time Working from Home. Please note that I prefer individuals who don't work full-time from home because I work from home (in the lounge).
