I am looking for one person to rent one very large bedroom, with an ensuite shower room. This modern garden flat is on a quiet road in Belsize Park (one tube stop into Zone 2). It has a large garden and is 5 minutes walk from Hampstead Heath.

The rent is £2,000 per calendar month including bills, a weekly cleaner for the communal areas, Virgin TV and fast broadband.

The room has been completely redecorated. It contains a Kingsize double bed with a new Emma mattress, a large desk/dressing table and chair, a huge wardrobe, two bedside tables and lamps, three very large windows with blackout blinds, and modern decoration. The room has a freshly decorated ensuite shower room with a power shower, toilet and sink.

The flat is extremely well-located. It is five-minutes walk from Hampstead Heath and its overland train station and bus hub, five-minutes walk from Belsize Park tube station (Zone 2, Northern Line), ten-minutes walk from Swiss Cottage tube station (Jubilee Line) and fifteen-minutes walk from Primrose Hill and Camden.

The entire garden flat has just been renovated to a high standard and in a modern style. It has a designer kitchen (including a dishwasher) and two boilers so plenty of hot water.

At the end of our road, there is a brilliant pub that does great Sunday lunches, has live music and has a brilliant outdoor space.

I am a female professional working in PR. I have put a lot of love into decorating my home, and I want to live with someone who will treat my beautiful flat as a home.

I have a very-friendly Chihuahua dog, who loves cuddles, walks on the Heath and being around people. He is old and deaf so he sleeps a lot and rarely barks.
