Large ensuite double room in luxury garden flat

I am looking for one person to rent one very large bedroom, with an ensuite shower room. This modern garden flat is on a quiet road in Belsize Park (one tube stop into Zone 2). It has a large garden and is a 5-minute walk from Hampstead Heath.

The rent is £1,600 per calendar month including bills, a weekly cleaner for the communal areas, Virgin TV, and fast broadband.

The room has been completely redecorated. It contains a king-size double bed with an Emma mattress, a large desk/dressing table and chair, a huge wardrobe, two bedside tables and lamps, three very large windows with blackout blinds, and modern decoration. The room has a freshly decorated ensuite shower room with a power shower, toilet, and sink.

There is no access to the lounge with this rental. There are seating and dining areas in the kitchen and the garden, and both are communal areas.

The flat is extremely well-located. It is a five-minute walk from Hampstead Heath and its overland train station and bus hub, a five-minute walk from Belsize Park tube station (Zone 2, Northern Line), a ten-minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube station (Jubilee Line), and a fifteen-minute walk from Primrose Hill and Camden.

The entire garden flat has just been renovated to a high standard and in a modern style. It has a designer kitchen (including a dishwasher) and two boilers so plenty of hot water.

At the end of our road, there is a brilliant pub that does great Sunday lunches, has live music, and has a brilliant outdoor space.

I am a female professional working in PR. I have put a lot of love into decorating my home, and I want to live with someone who will treat my beautiful flat as a home.

I require £1,000 as a deposit (refundable) and one month's rent in advance.

No Full-Time Working from Home. Please note that I prefer individuals who don't work full-time from home because I work from home (in the lounge).
