***not an en-suite, but exclusive use of bathroom just across the corridor***

Me and my wife are looking for a professional to join us in our newly build flat in Bermondsey. We both are working regular hours in buy-side finance (me) and corporate governance (wife). Ideally looking for a like-minded person that is easy to socialise with.
We don't have a cleaning service as we think that maintaining cleanliness ourselves is easier than arranging cleaner's visits.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Bermondsey was rated one of the best places to live in London by Evening Standard.
Doorstep access to the famous Bermondsey beer mile breweries and Maltby Street market. Historical Bermondsey street is 5 minutes walk.

TRANSPORT
- 7 min walk to Bermondsey tube station.
- 10 min walk to Tower Bridge.
- 20 min bus ride to The City.
- 5 min tube ride to Canary Wharf.

LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA
- sun-filled space with 2 sofas, projector and a large dining table.
- kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need.

BEDROOM
- furnished with decent quality Ikea furniture
- ample wardrobe space
- huge desk (replaced since photos were taken)
- smart light switches and radiator valves
- 3 Amp USB chargers in every power outlet
- carpet on the floor

BATHROOM
You will have the exclusive use of the bathroom which is just opposite the bedroom.
We have plenty of towels that you can use.

ROOF TERRACE
Open to the elements and surrounded by green fence, the terrace is a great place to spend time during a sunny day with a view of the City and barbecue.

VISITORS
We are very sociable and accommodating and would be absolutely OK if you happen to have unplanned overnight visitors in your bedroom. If you'd like to invite visitors from outside the city or overseas for several days, like parents or friends, it is also possible.

PAYMENTS
Looking for £1300/month as I feel that the offer is superior to competitors in the area, but can haggle a bit. All household bills are included.
CAN BE DEDUCTED FROM TAXABLE INCOME IF YOU'RE CONTRACTOR.
Deposit is one month's rent. One month's notice is required if moving out so it would allow us enough time to plan.
