Hi! We are looking for a new housemate to fill the vacant room in our house. It’s available around 1st August 2024.

First floor, bright and airy double room available to rent in peaceful, but central 3 bed town house located in a gated mews. There is secure parking available.

The house is well located, 10 minutes walk to Borough and Elephant tubes, 15 mins walk from London Bridge station and 25-30 mins walk to the City. There are lots of bus stops close by, within a 2 minutes walk, with direct buses to the City and the West End, as well as Shoreditch, Brixton and Clapham.

The room itself is a good size double, with windows over the garden - this and the double glazing mean it is peaceful, despite being so central. The bathroom is shared with just one other person.

On the ground floor is a large shared living and dining area, separate kitchen, and a south facing, sunny, secluded garden patio with seating, BBQ and a hammock!

The mews is gated with an intercom for buzzing people in. There is secure parking available if you have a car.

The kitchen is well equipped with a Neff steam oven, induction hob, dishwasher, as well as, a fridge, freezer and washing machine.

We're 5 mins walk from the bars and restaurants in Bermondsey Street, 10mins from Maltby Street food market and 15 mins from Borough Market. For active types we are close to both Burgess or Southwark parks and they both have weekend Park Runs!
