One double bedroom- including facilities

My 3 Bedroom victorian house is spacious and bright. It has a
large kitchen with a dining table ., washing machine and Dishwasher. There is a toliet /! Shower room downstairs as well as the upstairs bathroom . I have a 65ft garden too.

My son moved out but lives locally so this bedroom is available to rent.

It's a large double Bedroom that i would like to rent out to a ,honest, trustworthy person who is clean and tidy.
There are many restaurants and other attractions nearby if you are wanting to explore the area. Good transport links too.

Im a quiet, easy going lady and I look after dogs while owners go on holiday. Are you a dog friendly person.?

I also have a smaller room to rent at a reduced rent rate. Sharing the same facilties If interested?
