Beautiful flat🌴All bills inc cleaner included

I’m letting a room in a two bed flat that has lots of light and too many plants 🌱 It’s in a quiet modern block so everything is clean and new.

The flat is a couple of minutes walk to the Old Kent Road with a big Asda and loads of buses to Elephant and Castle. South bermondsey station (Jubilee line) is approx a 15 min walk away. As it’s on a quiet road the flat is nice and quiet at night so you’re pretty much guaranteed a good nights sleep!

The bedroom is a double to do with as you wish. There’s a double bed, 3 door wardrobe, mirror and chest of drawers.

The living room is pretty large and light. The kitchen has everything in it. Bathroom is near the front door between our bedrooms and there’s also a well stocked storage cupboard and a tumble dryer.

I’m looking for a professional. I'm a teacher so will not be working from home so if you need to space is all yours.

About me-I lived away for a while so in London for me it’s important that I have a space I enjoy coming home to, so I want to live with someone I can click with.

I leave the flat around 7:55am and get up at 7:15. I am a light sleeper so really I would be looking for someone who is on a similar schedule/is quiet at night. I do however like there being people in the flat and while it isnt a party house, it is somewhere welcoming I hope.

All bills are included (council tax, internet, has, electric, water, service charge etc + a fortnightly cleaner) There is also an underground car parking space also that comes with the flat which I don’t use.
