The room is fully furnished and the flat is fully equipped with a fitted kitchen, washer/dryer, oven and large fridge.
The flat is bright and newly decorated, and being on the ground floor has the benefit of a balcony and small garden.
I am the owner of the flat, so would be a (relaxed) live in landlord. I work 9-6 in central London 3/4 days a week (working from home the rest) and am looking for someone who would appreciate a professional, tidy flat share.
