2 Bed 2 Bath New Build Facing a Park

This light and airy new build flat comes fully equipped and furnished. The bedroom is good sized and overlooks the park. It also has a top of the range John Lewis mattress in good condition (and I can provide any soft furnishing if needed). The private bathroom is right next door.

The flat has hardwood flooring in the communal spaces and carpeting in the bedrooms. Kitchen has a dishwasher and I have a fair few gadgets you're welcome to use. The boiler closet has a washing machine and spare storage space. Bedrooms (and bathrooms) are on opposite sides of the flat so good level of privacy. It's also pretty quiet as the bedroom faces the park.

Transport is excellent. Bermondsey tube station 10 minutes walk and London Bridge about 15 minutes walk. There are also 2 buses that stop right outside the flat: buses 1 and 78. There's a Sainsbury's across the park, a Tesco metro down the road and a Tesco superstore a 10 min walk away.

I've been living here for a number of years and the owner allows me to sublet the flat whenever I wish. Previously I've shared with a friend and a coworker but the last year or two I've either been abroad and with short term lets. Now I am looking for a full time flatmate again.

My last flatmates (a married couple) live down the road and we are very good friends to this day. Happy to introduce them to you if you'd like.

I'm very clean and also considerate and quiet. I'm looking for the same. Living in a clean flat is important to me, which is lucky because we have our own bathrooms and the kitchen has a dishwasher!

I'm in my thirties and freelance as a management consultant. I am British, but I also grew up in Europe & the US so my accent is a little funny I'm told. Anything else you'd like to know give me shout. Utilities, broadband & council tax usually work out at about £126 each per month. Available from 1st November. Short term lets considered. Couples would pay £1,333 in rent per month.
