Riverside Double in Bermondsey - easy walk to city

Two bedrooms in beautiful house for short term let! Price includes all bills! We have a beautiful 4 bedroom home next to the river near Thames near Tower Bridge in Shad Thames/Bermondsey. We rent two of the bedrooms to Monday to Friday lodgers so the other 2 are available short term for the next few months. The lodgers are both currently away so it's likely if you take both rooms you'd have the whole place to yourself! We have a comfortable 4 bed house with a garden. One spare room is a double with a king sized bed. The other is a single with an ensuite shower room next door to it. The house is in an extremely quiet spot - it really is silent at night - but it's a short walk to the city, Bermondsey street, London Bridge and lots of other (usually!) exciting places.

The room is super comfy. It has plenty of storage space and a great high quality bed with lovely bed linen and proper blinds. We have a large living room with a fireplace and a kitchen with a big table so you will always find somewhere to hang out! All of our previous lodgers have loved our home. We have also let rooms in our house on Airbnb in the past and we have over 120 5* reviews - I'm happy to send the link so you can read through. It has a double size bed, wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. The floor is oak parquet and there is underfloor heating so you will always be cosy.

It is a very quiet street and we are a peaceful household. I am Helen and I am a Costume Designer, my partner John is a Handyman so the place is always well maintained. We are moving to Devon for a while so we won't be around much from day to day in the week but there are 2 other Monday to Friday people already renting a room but they are away for the next few months. They are a friendly bunch and happy to give us a reference if that's helpful. We have super fast fibre internet. Our garden is sunny and south facing and perfect for a glass of wine in the evening after work.
