It is one floor private house. I have been living in this house for 12 years and I am a current flatmate. I live alone and you need to share the house only with me.

I work full-time and I am really busy with work and social life.
I am easy going, friendly and responsible person and If my flatmate likes I do not mind getting social with her as well.
