hi there, we are moving to Europe and will be vacating the house for the 6 months or longer. We are leaving our newly refurbished house behind empty, and looking for someone to take care or it (while living there) while we are away. You will have the whole of 3 bedroom house for a price of the room in central location-10 mins to Bermondsey station (20 mins to Canary Wharf). The house has everything- high spec, even sauna in a garden and garden office to work from (we still have some garden work to finish off though). House is equipped with CCTV cameras in case you have a car to park (in front of the house). Availability-flexible- maybe around April- May, but can consider earlier. Ideal occupant: a single professional who is looking for a quiet high-quality space to live in. No couples.
