This is my primary home, but i'm away frequently, so the flat usually feels calm, relaxed and spacious.

It’s a peaceful family home rather than a party flat, and suits someone who appreciates a relaxed, respectful environment. Also comfortable with a small child being present, on occasion.

• Located at the back of the property for extra privacy
• Good-sized kitchen with table & chairs for eating and relaxing

• No living room (London life!)

Because of the layout and my travel schedule, previous flatmates have described the setup as having a bit of a “studio feel” with lots of personal space.
