I'm moving out of my central London flat in Bermondsey and I'm looking for a tenant to replace me and move in with my wonderful flatmate. The room is available immediately.

The rent is 825 pounds plus bills but there is a possibility for a three month rent reduction due to the Covid-19 crisis.

You would be sharing with my friend Nasia who is 30 year old professional female.

The flat is very clean, bright and all furniture and appliances are provided at a high standard.

It's conveniently located 10 minutes from Bermondsey Station and very well connected with buses and night buses to all of central London.

There's a massive Tesco right across the street from the flat and a park at the end of the road.
