We're looking for a new flatmate to join us in our fantastic 3-bedroom flat in Bermondsey, as one of our housemates is relocating back to Japan.

The remaining two of us, Bodrul and Ken, are easy-going, sociable guys who enjoy sports, dining out, and spending time with friends and colleagues. While we often hang out together, there are weeks when we barely cross paths due to our own schedules.

The available room is a comfortable double with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a double bed (mattress included). Rent is £890 per month, with bills usually adding around £90-110 (on the higher end in winter).

The flat has two toilets, one with a shower. One of the best features is the spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, equipped with two large sofas, a 65-inch flat screen TV with BT & Sky, all included at no extra cost. We also have a good-sized terrace, perfect for relaxing on sunny weekends.

The location is unbeatable. We're just a few seconds from Bermondsey station, making commuting around London incredibly convenient. PureGym, Tesco Metro, and Sainsbury’s Local are within a 10-minute walk, and there’s a Big Tesco Extra just 15 minutes away. Southwark Park is right on our doorstep, ideal for runs or tennis.
