We're Niomi and Hardeep and work in the media industry. We're very chilled and looking for someone who is all about the good vibes too! 💕 It's important for us that the flat feels like a little haven to recharge and chill out and the person who moves in helps us keep it clean so it’s a nice environment for everyone.

Please no party animals / drug takers / smokers. We are vegan / vegetarian so we'd also preferably like someone to move in that is vegetarian/vegan too.

* Room is available from 1st September 2024 and is a one year contract until 31st August 2025
* For this room the rent is £745.35 per month without bills. Bills range from £90-115 per month depending on the time of year/temperature. Deposit is £866.67
* We have a private landlord
* The new tenant must have the right to rent in the UK and pass the referencing process that the landlord uses, which checks ability to afford the rent and previous credit history. If the new tenant cannot pass the referencing (for example is a post grad student), they must provide a guarantor who can.
* The room is very quiet despite being close to central London
* There is a balcony attached to the living room/kitchen that overlooks a green space
* Nearest tube station is Bermondsey (approx 3 minute walk) and about a 15 minute walk from London Bridge
* One minute walk from the Thames path - you can run/walk/cycle along the river all the way up to Greenwich, or to the Tower Of London, Shakespeare Globe and Tate Modern in the other direction. It’s also about one minute away from a view of Tower Bridge.
* Nearby amenities include Tesco, Co-Op, Sainsbury’s. There’s a PureGym, The Arch Climbing Wall and Maltby Street Market (which is amazing!) nearby too
