Cosy room in Bermondsey flat with sunny garden!

Due to some last minute hiccups, this room is now available again and we are looking to fill it asap. Though please note this will be subject to reference checks and approval from the landlord.

We're looking for a social and tidy housemate to join our friendly flat.

It's a cosy smaller room in a 4 bedroom flat, with shared kitchen and living areas and 2 bathrooms. This room is upstairs and shares the upstairs bathroom with the two exisiting tenants. Will be furnished with a bed and has a built in wardrobe, but believe the existing tenant will take all other furniture with her.

We're very lucky to have a huge garden for such a central area which we share with friendly neighbours next door. The garden gets lots of sun in the summer, perfect for drying clothes and lounging outside with a cold drink. Our home and garden are protected from the main road by other flats and two locked gates.

The flat is very well connected, just steps away from multiple bus stops and a 10 - 15 minute walk to London Bridge, Bermondsey and Borough stations (Northern and Jubilee Lines). Bermondsey Street, Maltby St Market and Borough Market are all within close walking distance, as well as little Tesco and Sainsburys and larger supermarkets.

It is a four bedroom flat, but two of us are leaving (me to live with my boyfriend, and Emma to live with her friend), so there are only two existing flatmates. Both are in their late 20s - Kristyna works in hospitality and Andrew works in insurance. It's always been a friendly flat and we enjoy catching up after work (often over a glass of wine), having friends over for BBQs, or reading in the garden. We all enjoy each others' company but at the same time are quite independent, like doing our own thing and respect each others' space. We're looking for a fun, easy going professional, who would be a good fit in our homely flat.

Rent £625 (bills not included but usually come to about £100 p/m).
Deposit: £650.

We are looking for a professional female aged between 26-35. Someone who is social, tidy, respectful and currently lives in London.
