Thanks for taking time to read the ad. I have a well located double room available for rent. Looking for a female (already 3 girls living in the apartment and this is their preference).

LOCATION:
- 1 min to Bermondsey tube (15 mins max. to City/Canary Wharf)
- 1 min to a bus stop (with night buses)
- <5 mins away from 24/7 shops and local Sainsbury's, dry cleaner, take-away restaurant, pharmacy, GP, 24/7 gym

FLAT:
- The room is clean, fully furnished - if you require additional furniture that should not be a problem and we can discuss beforehand
- The room comes with a TV (100+ Freeview channels), as well as reliable Fibre Connection 500Mb speed/unlimited internet (Hyperoptic)
- The flat is clean, kept to a good standard and split over 2 levels - you will share 1 bathroom upstairs between 3 rooms
- The kitchen is downstairs and it is very large with anything you may need (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, all plates/cutlery/pans/pots provided)
- The flat is normally cleaned by the tenants and it is important that the new person will stick to the rota.

CURRENT OCCUPANTS:
- 3 females, professionals aged of 25-32
- All very easy going, tidy and respectable. Looking for a like minded person - we will arrange the viewings so you meet them rather than myself (we can have a follow up phone call afterwards)

The room is not very large, so would ideally suit a person who is mostly working from the office. There is a space for a desk/bed/wardrobe, but medium term it’s just not really comfortable to work from home permanently (fine ad hoc).
