Available ASAP - Single bedroom in Bermondsey (SE1, Eldridge Court, Rouel Road) for rent in a friendly and sociable shared flat with 3 Italian flatmates. The house has 2 bathrooms (one without a shower) on two separate floors. The kitchen is fully furnished (it also includes a washing machine and dryer). The house has fast fiber Wi-Fi.

The room has a single bed with 2 big built-in drawers. Moreover, the room has a pretty large wall closet and an openable window. There are various shelves and a desk. The bed can also be opened to be a double bed but it will occupy most of the space in the room.

The flat is located 5-7 minutes walking away from Bermondsey station. There are 4 bus stops 2-5 minutes walk away as well. Furthermore, there is a Coop 1-minute walk from the flat and a Tesco 3 minutes walk away. There are also various shops active during the weekends just right outside the building. The are various parks that can be reached in minutes. The flat is very close to Tower bridge (5-10 minutes walk) and the Thames river (4-6 minutes walk).

We are 3 friendly italians. We are all young professionals that work Monday to Friday. We are looking for another flatmate (preferibly professional) that has an easy-going and friendly attitude, with a sense of order and respect (this is a MUST).
