3 friendly gay guys here, Andrew Seb and Hicham.

We live in SE1 5HP in a 4 bed 3 story house with a garden, nice major cyclist route outside, and are looking for a friendly guy to share with.

1 double room is available now onwards.
You will also have a front space outside the room as per the pictures attached.

Main bathroom used by 3 bedrooms, also have a downstairs low. (Andrew has his on ensuite).

there's a separate kitchen plus large lounge / dining room which opens on to the garden & two rabbit living outdoor only in their hutch.
£600 per month. Bills included (inc Electric, Gas, Water, TV licence, Broadband, Council Tax plus cleaning products & loo rolls etc).

The house is well located, 20 min to London Bridge by walk, 10-15 to Bermondsey street, main bus road is literally 5-10min walk away too.

We would ideally be looking for a friendly, professional & clean guy to live with us, that will be awesome.
