Modern Bermondsey flat with city views

Hello!

We are looking for a third flatmate for our flat in Bermondsey. There are amazing city views from the room, balcony and huge roof garden. The building also has a new gym and a concierge.

The flat is a 10-minute walk from both Burgess and Southwark Park. South Bermondsey station is about a five-minute walk, which is just one stop away from London Bridge. Bermondsey station is a 15-minute walk away. There are also buses to all over town from Old Kent Road.

Tower Bridge, Borough Market and Maltby Street Market are all within walking-distance, with loads of microbreweries closer to home.

The room is a very large double (4.15m x 2.9m), with lots of room for a desk and even a pool table if that's your kind of thing. It is currently furnished with a double bed/mattress, a desk, desk chair, chest of drawers and a couple of other storage pieces. We can remove these if you wanted to bring your own stuff. There are two and half bathrooms in the flat, so plenty to go around.

Owen - Sports journalist, makes a cracking sticky toffee pudding and the best old fashioned this side of Old Kent Road.

Frank - Works in tech, loves cooking and potentially the inventor of the spicy martini.
