House share, great location, modern maisonette.

Hi!

I'm looking for someone to live in my spare room and share my maisonette.

Your room is on the first floor across the hallway from the lounge and kitchen area, my room is on the top floor as is the shared bathroom.

I work full time, sometimes from home, office area in my room upstairs.

I'm very easy going, Sales Director for work and enjoy sport, going out to bars, restaurants, etc. London life generally.

I would prefer a younger female who is tidy and quiet, not looking for parties in the house 😊

Area is very quiet and good access links.
