Female for 2 bedroom flat share

Hey, potential flatmate, I am looking for as stated in the title a FEMALE to share my flat with. On a short-term basis.

The 2 bills not included are for gas and electricity, which is PrePay. The cost per week/month depends on usage.

The room has a double bed, desk with chair, small fridge and wardrobe.

I welcome you to share my humble abode with me.
I am a down to earth professional female. I work most days from home. I'm very much a chilled person, I appreciate good vibes, positive energy, and a peaceful environment.

I am solely seeking someone who is clean and tidy, values cleanliness and tranquility. Ideally someone laid back and chilled, who is not dealing with trauma, inner conflict or any form of negativity that may find its way into our home.

My home is a safe haven from the outside world, and I treat it as such.
Therefore if you smoke, prefer a social living space or like to have frequent visitors over. Then this is not the place for you.
If you would like to have a Male partner- boyfriend/husband/significant other) stay over on a regular basis. This is not the place for you!

If you like the idea of living in an accommodation where you won't have to worry about men being present in your personal space. A place where you can fully embrace and immerse yourself in your feminity, Then this is the place for you. If you are an introvert an don't want to worry about having to interact with anyone if you don't want too. This is the place for you.

Please understand that I don't want to just fill the space by sharing with just anyone. And I also wouldn't want anyone to have to share a space with another. Without first feeling comfortable to do so. Just because they need a roof over there head. I believe it's best to have an initial call first, to see if we will be a good living fit.

Therefore my process is as follows:
1. Initial telephone call.
2. lf all goes well, then we can proceed to a viewing.

This is a short stay let for 2 months. This could possibly be extended for the right person, but it is not guaranteed unless otherwise stated at a later date.

The flat is located central to many things. Bermondsey Underground Station is a 6 minute walk. Rotherhithe overground is an 8 minute walk. The Rotherhithe tunnel is a 2 minute drive away. Southwark Park is directly opposite the flat. Surrey Quays Shopping Center is a 12 -15 minute walk. Tower Bridge is around the same distance. Guys Hospital is 1 stop away by train or an 8 minute drive.
Moore London is within walking distance, which hosts a variety of restaurants located in between Tower Bridge and London Bridge.

You can get to central London by Underground in less than 20 minutes.
