There is a Tesco Metro LITERALLY IN THE BUILDING. Talk about convenience. Not to mention the Jubilee line a 5 minute walk away at Bermondsey Station and a Santander Cycle rack right in front of the apartment. The Thameswalk is also a 5 minute walk away, with Tower Bridge around 10.
No smoking inside.
Bills are around GBP 175-200 monthly, which includes WiFi, a cleaner, electricity, water and council tax (band E). The flat has a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
