Double room for rent in sunny Bermondsey, SE1

Bright, cosy double room available from early January 2022. £650 per month for a single person only, including all bills (water, power, internet, council tax etc). One month deposit to be provided.

We are located in Bermondsey, very central to London and right on by the cycling lanes. 5 mins from many buses on Old Kent road/Tesco, quick journey by bus to Elephant & Castle. 15 minutes walk to Bermondsey station (Jubilee line), 20 minutes walk to London Bridge.

Very close from the lovely and living parts of Bermondsey: Maltby street/Ropewalk market, Bermondsey street about 10-15 mins away; massive Tesco at less than 5 minutes and lots of parks around (Burgess Park, Bermondsey Spa garden, Southward Park). Tower Bridge is also 20 minutes walk away.

The flat has 3 bedrooms and you would be sharing the apartment with 3 other people and a cat: me and my boyrfriend sharing a room, both French, working full time and who've been in the country for 12 and 4 years, and a Portuguese girl and her sweet cat, working full time. We are all 30 years old.

Would like someone friendly who also needs its own time. We're all very busy with our own lives but enjoy a chat when we meet in the living room and like a movie or game night once in a while. We'd like someone really clean please (!!).
