We have a large double room available in our stunning penthouse two bedroom, two bathroom flat in Bermondsey. We're an easy-going fun loving couple and are looking for another couple to live with who share similar interests.

The flat is bursting with character, lots of space and great for parties and big meals with friends. We also have a mezzanine just off the open plan living room which has been perfect for working from home / we can set up as a little spare room for guests to stay in.

It's in a prime location just a 10 minute walk to Bermondsey station or a 15 minute walk to London Bridge and lots of historic pubs nearby. We really love living here!

The flat is in a super safe and quiet gated community with access to a concierge service, underground parking, a communal garden and on-site gym and sauna which we have free access to. The rent is £1,500 per room excluding bills. Bills are approximately £130 each (if room is taken by a couple).

The flat is available from 26th August and will initially be on a 12 month contract with a 6 month break clause.

Unfortunately the flat isn't accessible for some people as it's on the top floor of a 4 storey building and there is no lift :(

The flat gets a lot of interest and we don't have capacity to do a lot of viewings, so if you're interested then please send us a message with as much info about yourselves and we'll try our best to get back to everyone. Ideally we are looking for a couple who have lived together before, are similar ages to ourselves (31) and who don't work from home full time.
