We are looking for someone who is generally outgoing, likes to be social, would like to get involved in the horticulture within the house and garden. We are 2 females and a male living in the house, all in the creative professions - in addition, a cat, who is very warm and affectionate. Also someone who doesn't mind cats, she like to be social as well.

The location is right next to Maltby Street Market and the Bermondsey Beer Mile, a 10-15 min walk from London Bridge station and Bermondsey underground station, depending on how late you are for work.

All bills are included within the price - they cover water, gas, electricity, council tax, WiFi.
