We have a double room for rent in a three bed ground floor flat with a garden and terrace.

Close to Burgess Park and Old Kent Road Tesco superstore in leafy Bermondsey, 15 minutes walk from London Bridge and Borough Market. Up and coming area with lovely coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Great transport links.

Lease is for six months, and is renewed every six months. We have been here five years already. Landlady requires full references.

We are two male professionals, looking for a clean, tidy, professional flatmate who would like a calm, quiet, friendly home where people treat each other with respect. We are both friendly and love a chat, but also know how to give people their own space if needed.

Most important, It’s not a party house. We work at different times and we respect each other sleeping patterns.
