Either Maddie, the moving-out tenant, or another tenant will show you around. Please leave a message and we will find a suitable time for viewing.

The house:
+4 furnished and bright bedrooms (2 floors), west-facing - lots of lights
+1 large kitchen/dining room, west-facing,
+1 bathroom on the second floor, recently redone
+1 small toilet on the first floor, recently retiled
+Plenty of storage space, incl 1-2 bikes.

Current flatmates (4, aged between 25-32):
+Fotis, male, is from Greece, a chef, and just finished a Ph. D. doctorate in Heart and Lung clinical studies at Imperial College
+Robert is an assistant chef at a Mexican / Japanese fusion restaurant in central London.
+Chris, male, from the UK, works at a publishing company.

+Lastly, Maddie, the moving-out flatmate who will be showing you the room.

They are all very nice people to live with. They treat the house as their home, and they have the final say in selecting the new suitable flatmate.

+Bus 1, 381, P12, C10 toward Tottenham Court Road, Covent Garden, and Victoria Station are also within 100 meters.
+A local library, cinema/theatre, trendy coffee shops, CrossFit gym, and local open market steps away.
+Iceland, Tesco Express, a local butcher (that went on the Apprentice in 2017), a Fish Munger, 24/7 supermarket, and restaurants.
+Pure Gym (200 meters), and a Wall climbing club nearby.
+Southwark Park (5 min walk), where there are four tennis courts, running tracks, and a big area for football, tag rugby, and frisbee.
+Shad Thames, where you have many nice restaurants and bars, is a 15-min walk.
+Surrey Quays shopping and leisure centers (Starbucks, Mousetail, Tesco Extra, Boots, etc..) - also about 15-min walk
