Hi there! We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely, friendly home in South Bermondsey. We’re a sociable group who enjoy the occasional pub night or house dinner, and we’re hoping to find someone like-minded who’ll fit right in.

📍 Location: South Bermondsey (SE1) – quick and easy access to London Bridge and central London
🛏️ Room: Bright and spacious double room on the second floor with a built-in wardrobe and plenty of natural light
💰 Rent: £985 per month (all bills included)
🔐 Deposit: £985
📆 Available from: 22 November 2025
📄 Contract: Minimum 6 months, then rolling (longer term possible)
👤 Single occupancy only – professionals preferred (sorry, no couples)

We’re ideally looking for a female to keep the house balanced, but we’re open to the right person.

The area has loads going for it – Bermondsey Street, great coffee spots like Gail’s and Watch House, the famous Bermondsey Beer Mile, lovely parks, and plenty of friendly local pubs. It’s got a great community vibe – think Clapham energy without the chaos.

We’re a tidy, respectful and easygoing household, looking for someone who values a friendly and relaxed home.
