Hi there! We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly home in Bermondsey. We’re a sociable bunch who enjoy the occasional pub night or house dinner, and we’re hoping to find someone like-minded.

📍 Location: South Bermondsey (SE1) – easy access to London Bridge & central
🛏️ Room: Second floor large double with lots of natural light and built-in wardrobe
💰 Rent: £985 per month (all bills included)
🔐 Deposit: £985
📆 Available from: 22nd November 2025
📄 Contract: 6-month minimum, then rolling (longer contract possible)
👤 Single occupancy only – professionals preferred (sorry, no couples)

We’re ideally looking for a female to keep the house balanced, but open to the right person.
