We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely, sociable home in SE1. We’re a tight-knit group who genuinely enjoy each other’s company – think regular pub nights, house dinners and good conversations. We’re after someone who’ll fit naturally into that vibe.

Quick access to London Bridge and central London. Bermondsey Street is on your doorstep – brilliant coffee spots (Gail’s, Watch House), the famous Bermondsey Beer Mile, leafy parks and plenty of character pubs. It’s got that friendly community feel without being overdone.

• Room 1: Double windows, built-in wardrobe, maximum natural light – £985/month
• Room 2: Single window, built-in wardrobe, plenty of light – £985/month

Both rooms are generously sized with excellent storage.

• Deposit: One month’s rent
• Available from: 22 September 2026
• Minimum 6 months, then rolling (longer-term options welcome)
