We have a fully furnished spare double room with ensuite to rent in Bermondsey with an amazing view of central London in a fully furnished, new-build flat.

The flat is 1,025 square feet in total, has 3 bedrooms (one which has an ensuite), a large open plan kitchen-lounge, a balcony which can seat 5/6 people, and another large bathroom that has a bathtub.

- A PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5
- A washing machine/drier
- A dishwasher
- A fridge/freezer

Transport links:
- 20 minutes walk to Bermondsey tube station/Surrey Quays Overground (although can take a bus nearby which takes you to these stations quicker)
- 10 minutes walk to South Bermondsey rail station
- 5 minutes walk to bus stop that takes you towards elephant and castle (this journey takes 10 minutes roughly and then the Bakerloo and Northern line/rail can take you all over London from there)

Who we are:

We are a brother and sister who are 26 and 22 years old who grew up in Newcastle but live in London. Brother works as a civil servant and sister is currently studying. We're both clean and very easy going. Our interests include sports (watching and playing), going out with friends for food/drinks, TV and films, cooking, music (including going to gigs/raves, one of us plays guitar/sings/djs), pretty much anything fun that gets us out the house!

Who we are looking for:

A female who has similar interests to us, can stay for at least 3 months, is clean and easy going, and is up to hang out and do fun things!
