We have a large double room with en-suite bathroom (shower and bath tub) as well as a top floor balcony available in our shared house. Bills are not included and they add up to £100 per month.
The house is directly located next to a high street with shops in Bermondsey only a 8-10 min walk from Bermondsey tube station and 25 min walk from London Bridge.
The house is situated in a gated community with outside parking and has 3 bedrooms as well as a lovely garden.
Our flatmate is sadly moving country therefore we are looking for someone to complete our house share from end of July/end of August.
We are two 29-year old girls (German and Italian) and both work in Finance. We like to cook, work out, go out with friends, and have a bbq in the garden (when the weather allows!). We are looking for a laid-back and sociable person to join our lovely house so please respond if you are interested :)
