I have a beautiful, clean and tidy double bedroom available, located in Bermondsey close to the station and riverbank.

The building, Cathay House, is close to many amenities/attractions:
• Bermondsey Station (Jubilee line) is 5min walk away. Also nearby is Rotherhithe station (overground, 5min walk)
• Southwark Park (2min walk): For lots of outdoor activities including tennis courts.
• Nearby gyms available (including Puregym Bermondsey), and swimming pools (Fitness First and Seven Islands Leisure Centre).
• Surrey Quays shopping centre and leisure centre are within walking distance – with a number of well known retailers/restaurants and an Odeon cinema.
• Plenty of places to eat/drink within a 15min walk of the flat (e. g., Maltby street market, Bermondsey street).
• Flat is right next to the riverbank with beautiful views of tower bridge (etc), and right on the Thames Path.

Details about the flat:
• All bills are part of the rent – including Wifi.
• Fully furnished rooms and kitchen – with a garden.
• Deposit protected by DPS.
• The tenant’s room has a double bed and a large wardrobe (see pic for details).
• The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. The living room has a 75inch Samsung TV, a large 3-seat sofa-bed, dining table and a coffee table.

You will be living with another tenant.
I’m looking for a tenant who is a professional, easy going, and good at keeping communal spaces clean.

No (permanent) pets please.
