Student Accommodation - Great Court, Bermondsey

Hello! I am looking for someone to take on my tenancy agreement for an ensuite room at Great Court - a student accommodation in Bermondsey.

It's a double bed in an 8 room cluster. Within your fully furnished room, you get a bed, bedside table, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelves, under bed storage, and good lighting. It's an ensuite so you get your own bathroom.

In the shared space, you get a fully fitted kitchen and a small living room. Within the building, you will get a reception to leave parcels, a gym, bicycle parking, cinema room, study rooms, dining halls, recreation areas and more. You will really feel like you're a student as you will be surrounded by your peers.

If you are an international student, you will have to have a UK based guarantor. The current rent payment is in 3 installments, but that might be negotiable with the accomodation management.

Reason for leaving: the only reason I am giving up this room is because my visa won't come in time. Otherwise I would have stuck with it as I see no cons to the place. If it's your first time going to London or even living alone, this is an ideal accommodation for you.
