2-3 nights a week near Bermondsey station

I'm renting out a single room (used to be a guest room) near Bermondsey station in a two bedroom house. I'm a live in landlord working from home most of the time, so ideally looking for someone who just needs a place to sleep for a couple of nights, clean, tidy and quiet.

Please let me know your situation in the message (e. g., why do you need the room, which nights and a bit about yourself). I've received so many irrelevant messages on here.

£350 for 2 nights per week and £500 for 3 nights per week. Other options could be considered.
