My room has a small desk with a monitor and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
Rent is £1200, inclusive of bills and I will also ask you for a 500 pounds deposit which would be returned in full unless there is serious damage to the room.
About current flatmates: (Italian, 29, Male) and (Irish, 26, Female) are professionals, respectful and clean. The ideal tenant would be a clean (VERY important for us), respectful, friendly, no-nonsense person!
