- Excellent location and connections to other parts of the city, being only a 7 minute walk to Jubilee line & 15 minute walk to Overground.
- There is a Pure Gym directly opposite the flat, 1 minute walk door to door.
- Asda & Tesco are a 25 minute walk away as well as a Tesco Express 8 minutes walk away.
- Shared bathroom by 4, but a spare toilet downstairs which is only really used by the person in the downstairs bedroom (this one).
- No communal area bar the kitchen
About the room:

- Has a mini fridge/freezer and a sofa with a TV
- Has a portable air conditioner alongside new blackout curtains for the summer
- Has a large south facing balcony with balcony furniture
