Single room in student house near Bermondsey tube

Looking for one additional student sharer for this four bed house. Three of the rooms are taken already by two LSE final year students and another by a QMUL final year student (all male), so the ideal scenario would be students with one more year to go to avoid council tax. Current tenants are British.

There is now one single available.

The house is 2 minutes from Bermondsey tube, and has a garden at the back.

1. TAKEN: Double ensuite (shower, loo and sink) with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a bookshelf, bed, desk+chair. £925 + bills
2. Small single room with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, and you will have access to additional storage space all to yourself downstairs in a large cupboard. Access to shared bathroom. £775 + bills

The shared bathroom has bath, shower, loo and sink.

There is a shared large lounge with TV and kitchen and separate toilet downstairs.

We have a back garden that's perfect for catching rays in the summer or a nice BBQ, and a front garden for those with green fingers and a shed to store bikes etc.

We share the drive with the landlord who rents it out, so this isn't really for a car owner. If the tenants have visitors, then they can book the drive at no cost.

We have nice neighbours and quick access to the West End, Bermondsey, Tower Bridge, Canary Wharf, City Shad Thames and the river.

On the bus, it's around 36 mins to LSE, or 30 mins on the tube.

The rooms are available from 1 September for 11 months.

Utility bills and TV service are not included, but electric, water, gas - should be around £62.50 - £75 each per month max depending on sharers and usage levels. There is no council tax as long as you are students - we suggest that any student that drops out be responsible for the council tax payments from then on £200 a month - and landlord will pay for fast broadband for next year. The council tax band is E.

The previous sharers from those rooms have both finished their degrees and were girls.

We would like respectful, clean sharers - this is a nice student let - who don't mind socialising with us once in a while too.

First set of viewings will be in June, though please contact landlord if that don't suit as virtual and other opportunities may be possible.

You would need to sign a single contract for the house as a group of sharers.
