We have a single room available with walk-in closet in our house share. The bathroom is shared with one more tenant who is very tidy and clean. Bills are not included and they add up to roughly £100 per month.
The house is directly located next to a high street with shops in Bermondsey only a 8-10 min walk from Bermondsey tube station and 25 min walk from London Bridge.
The house is situated in a gated community with outside parking and has 3 bedrooms as well as a lovely garden.
Our flat mate is sadly moving country, therefore we are looking for someone to complete our house share from end of July/end of August.
We are two 27 and 29-year old girls (both Italian) and both work in finance. We like to cook, work out, go out with friends and have a bbq in the garden (when the weather allows). We are looking for a laid-back and sociable person to join our lovely house so please respond if you’re interested :)
