Lovely room in the heart of Bermondsey

Hola! We are Elena and Natalia and we are looking for a female flatmate to replace my lovely flatmate, who is moving out at the end of June.

We are two Spanish girls who have been living in London for long time and I would like to find somebody who is professional, very clean and respectful.
I know this sounds standard but if you are not having those qualities, avoid messaging us :).

Currently we all have busy shifts at work and we use the flat as a place to rest and relax. Important to mention that this is not a party flat, if you are looking for recurring visits/gatherings , this wouldn’t not the right place for you.

We are quite independent, but we also enjoy the odd dinner out and weekly catch up (Bermondsey street has a lot to offer!). We love going to the gym, keeping active and finding new ways of enjoying this city.

About you:
- We would like to find a female flatmate between 26-35 yo.
- We have similar working hours (office hours) and we would like someone that has similar patterns (no shifts, sorry).
- WFH is allowed the odd day but we would like someone that goes to the office almost 4 days a day.
- Can sign the contract on the 1st July and commit for 12 months minimum.
- Same vibes! Natalia and myself are pretty funny and positive individuals that like to go together for a run, a brunch or a glass of wine from time to time. We have our life aside, but happy to enjoy your company.
- Communication is key. As grown up adults, we need to communicate and raise any concern.

About the flat:

The property is located at the end of the popular Bermondsey street. Just 10 min walk from London Bridge and the lovely Borough Market, 5 minutes walking from Maltby St market and 15 min walk from Bermondsey station or Spa Terminus market.

The area is full of restaurants, local shops and tennis courts, which are amazing.

Our flat is really well maintained as our landlord has been providing us with anything we ask for.

We are super happy with him and the condition of the flat. The living room has a good size with big TV, our kitchen is cosy but enough for 3 of us and all the appliances are in really good condition.

It is a 2 floor flat with 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen and a bathroom. We have a little storage room under the stairs which is really handy.

Bills are not included but it could be around £200/250 per month more or less (tax, water, TV license, electricity, wifi & cleaner who comes once per week to clean common areas).

This a shared contract which will be signed for a year, commencing 1st of August. However, our flatmate will be leaving the flat in June, so we need someone to enter the swap in the 1st of July + 12 month contract.
So please, it is important that you can commit to this commencement date and period.
