Hi My name is Samia. Me and my flatmate Maxine (profile picture is us) are looking for someone to move in with us in this lovely 3 bedroom flat in Bermondsey. We are both really clean , sociable, friendly and cool girls. We are looking for someone preferably a female, student or professional for this lovely room.

The Room
-Spacious, bright and airy double room
-Furnished with double bed, wardrobe and dressing table
-Big double glazed windows with amazing views of the Shard and Canary Wharf.
-Built-in wardrobe/storage

The House
-Very welcoming, large living room area.
-Separate spacious kitchen with a lot of storage, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and toaster, etc.
-A lot of space in the hallway with storage for shoes.
-Toilet and bathroom separate but right next to each other (always kept clean).
-Double glazed windows and central heating throughout the house.

The Area:
-Top floor of the building, with friendly neighbours, students and professionals.
-Safe, fun, diverse and multicultural area with many parks nearby.

Transport:
-3 minute walk to Old Kent road where you have access to a lot of bus routes such as 453, 172, 21, 78, 53.
-Nearby underground stations- Bermondsey, Elephant and Castle, and Borough.
