Me and my flatmates are looking for a 5th tenant for our flat in Bermondsey. The room is a large room with a double bed, a wardrobe, a balcony and there is plenty of storage throughout the house which you are free to use as well. There is one bathroom, incl a shower and a bath as well as a downstairs toilet.
We are clean, tidy and friendly students. Always down for a chat or a drink!
Lovely garden and patio area, super private and quiet.
Not a far cry from KCL/ UAL/Goldsmiths, easy public transport as we aren’t far from Bermondsey station.
We are all students between ages 20-22, all women however we don’t mind if men or gender non specific people want to enquire.
About us: we are a fun group of girls who love to spend time together as friends, we didn’t all know eachother before moving in but we all get on really well and enjoy chilling in the evening watching tv and playing video games. One of us is a medicine student and 2 of us are Fine Art Students.
Gas is included in the rent, all other bills are not, they come to around £40 a month.
