Hi! I’m looking for 1–2 new flatmates to join me in our lovely 3-bed apartment in Providence Square.

Large private balcony with table and chairs off the lounge (fairy lights to be purchased soon..✨ )

24/7 concierge, safe route home

Building perks: small gym + sauna (included in rent)

Shared bathroom (kept very clean — I’m tidy and respectful)

Move-in date: from 13th October

💰 Costs (rent + bills)
Bills include:
Cleaner (weekly): £36/week (£12 each)
Wi-Fi: £45 month total (£15 each)
Council tax: £191/month (£64/each)
Electricity: £70–150/month total (≈£23–50 each)

👉 Total bills = ~£154–181/month per person

Rooms available:

Ensuite: Rent £1,350 excluding bills
Double room: Rent £1,112, excluding bills
Bills - roughly 200 (or less) month

🔔 A Couple of Notes (so no surprises later!)

The walls are a bit thin between my room and the kitchen/my room and the en-suite bedroom, so I’d like flatmates who value keeping things reasonably quiet at night. Note: Our lounge and the other bedroom are pretty soundproof - so it's always an option to use that room later in the evening.

I’m planning to re-arrange the bedroom layout so my bed isn’t directly against the kitchen wall (better for everyone’s sleep).
