Two bed flat in Bermondsey (£1,600 rent overall)

Hi all,

My flatmate and I are moving out of the flat mid-September and we are looking to find someone/two people to take over the contract.

The flat is a two bed in Bermondsey, one room is a large double and the second is a single (it can fit a double bed in or be used as an office).

The rent is £1,6000 for the whole flat - if two people moved in it's up to you how you would like to split it! The deposit for the whole flat is £1,846.15 - again, if two people moved in it would be up to you how you split it! To note, if you are looking to rent just one room, please only message if you have a second person who is also wanting to move in as we won't be able to match people up.

The contract is until the 17th February 2026, with a break clause in for the 17th of February 2025, which either the landlord or tenants can trigger (meaning the contract would be ended for no fee).

Bills (electricity, gas council tax, water) come to around £260 a month.
