My flatmate & I are looking to move out of our rooms in a 4BHK house in Bermondsey as we're keen on moving closer to work. We are looking for someone to replace us in two separte single occupant private rooms. Details below!
• 2 x Single occupant private room available in a 4BHK house
• Rent - £905 per room
- Deposit - £800 per person (reduced due to a good relationship with the landlord)
• Available from mid-January 2024.
• Preferably looking for female roommates as the other 2 rooms are occupied by women who are currently working.
• All bills (including water, electricity, gas, wifi, council tax, and cleaners cost up to £100 which is extremely efficient)
- Council Tax Band C - split by all four tenants paid every month.
• 1.5 bathrooms in the property (one full bathroom with shower on the first floow, one toilet with sink on the ground floor)
• 2 mins walk from the bus stop with routes to Central and SE London. 15-minute walk to Bermondsey station for Jubilee line.
• The house is fully furnished. The rooms have plenty of cupboard space and drawer space under the bed.
