I am looking for a sociable professional housemate who is clean and collaborative.

The room: The room is a spacious double with a side storage area complete with plugs.

The apartment: The apartment it’s self if furnished with my own things and kitchen is also complete with my own fridge and washing machine so it’s top spec. Living room is also well put together with my own trimmings but happy to move things around to make room for the future house mate.

Bills: water is included in rent. Council tax £86 each, broadband £11 each, electric: around £50 each

Transport: the Number 1 bus is 1 min walk away taking you as far as Tottenham Court Road in 25 mins.
Nearest tube stop is Bermondsey which is around 7 min walk or alternatively London Bridge is about a 10 min walk. Plenty of shops and bars and restaurants in the area as Bermondsey street is 5 min walk away. The apartment is a 1 min cusp of zone 1.

Me: I’m an easy going energetic guy who enjoys socialising and exploring new things constantly. Equally I enjoying just kicking back and cooking and chilling out. Enjoy the odd night out here and there but not often.
I work in learning and development looking after the Uk, Ireland and Nordics for a global fine jewellery brand. Originally from Manchester so come complete with northern soul.

Parking is available on the street or within the apartment. Both at an additional cost.
