Double room, great location with relaxed flatmates

A fully furnished room with natural light coming in, with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a desk and two built-in cupboards for storage.

The room is in a flat on the first floor. The flat has separate bathroom and toilet. We've got super-fast broadband internet. We have the luxury of a gas hob in the kitchen and a spacious living room to relax in!

You'll be in a prime location - 5-7min walk from Bermondsey tube station, c.15min walk from London Bridge station. The happening Bermondsey Street is merely 12-15min walk from the flat. The foodie heaven Maltby Street Market is literally 4min walk away and the famous Borough Market is 20min walk away.

We're a couple of relaxed, good-natured guys who respect their living space, and we're looking for a flatmate on that same level - chill vibes, clean, neat & tidy, and socially intelligent.

Our preference is for a female flatmate because of the diversity of perspective this brings to the living dynamics and environment. Also, we don't drink alcohol. You don't need to be teetotal, but if you're a big drinker then this may not be the household for you.

Bills are on top of the rent, which currently amount to c.£140 per month all in (council tax, utilities, Internet, water, cleaner).
