Room at London Bridge area

The location really couldn't be better - the flat is 5-7 minutes walk from both London Bridge and Borough tubes, with buses, Santander Cycles docking stations and the National Rail station nearby too.
Despite close proximity to countless restaurants, coffee shops and bars just 1-2 minutes away on nearby Bermondsey Street, it's a quiet location (part of a pedestrianised complex). The flat is convenient for the City and West End, just a 10 minute walk to the river, with lots of quiet semi-private green spaces nearby too.
One more person lives in the fully furnished, first floor flat, but the other room is self-contained with a separate toilet/sink (and even a separate entrance). There is a large shared living room and separate shared kitchen. The whole flat is newly painted.
The current flatmate is a considerate, quiet, easy going professional who enjoys keeping the place a home. We deal directly with the landlord, who takes as much pride in the flat as we do. It's a safe and secure building, with respectful neighbours. Bills work out at £150-200 a month for broadband, council tax, gas, electricity and the tv licence (water is already included in the rent).
